Terms and Conditions

REFUNDS: ALL registrations are NON-REFUNDABLE EXCEPT the Regular Rate (Regular Rate are those registrations purchased at the full, undiscounted price of $945.00 and purchased after October 10, 2010). Refund  requests must be made to registration@achillesmedia.com by Monday, November 22, 2010 and are subject to a $50 administration fee + HST. Refunds are not retroactive: no refunds will be made once the event begins.

TRANSFERS:  ALL registrations are transferable up until Monday, November 22, 2010 AND are subject to a $50.00 + HST administration fee, due at the time of transfer.
All transfer requests must be submitted to registration@achillesmedia.com

ASSOCIATION DISCOUNT RATE: Discounts apply to new registrations only and are not retroactive. You must use your association discount during your initial registration for nextMEDIA 2010.  NO refunds will be issued to association members following ticket purchase.

IMPORTANT DATES:
Kick Off Discount - Ends September 17th, 2010
Early Bird Discount - September 18th - October 15th, 2010
Association Member Discount - September 18th - October 15th, 2010
