Terms and Conditions

REFUNDS:
ALL registrations are NON-REFUNDABLE EXCEPT when purchased at the REGULAR RATE of $698.  A refund of up to 50% on the regular rate is available upon special request up to five days prior to the event date, November 28th 2011.

Refund inquiries that comply with these terms require the completion of our online form. We will review your request and you will be contacted by our Registration Team regarding a decision. All refund decisions are final.

DISCOUNT PASSES

ASSOCIATION OR DISCOUNT RATES: Discounts apply to new registration only and are not retroactive. You must use your association rate or discount during your initial registration for nextMEDIA. NO refunds will be issued to association members following ticket purchase.

COMPLIMENTARY PASSES:
Complimentary Passes are transferrable, not refundable. In the event you have received a complimentary pass after you have purchased your registration, you may transfer your complimentary pass to another person. See rules on Transfers below. In this same instance unless you have purchased a Regular Rate registration, your paid registration is not refundable.

TRANSFERS:
ALL registrations are transferable up to five days before the event (November 28th 2011) AND are subject to a $75.00  + GST administration fee, due at the time of transfer.

COMPETITION ENTRANT APPLICANTS:
Please contact kseip@achillesmedia.com prior to purchasing your pass.

Registrations for the Competition Entrant Rate are not retroactive, not transferable and not refundable.
