Digital Launch Pad Rules And Regulations

All entries must be completed products that can be viewed online.

  • Submission forms must be completed online and in English.
  • All non-English language websites must have an English translation provided upon time of entry.
  • Incomplete or ineligible submissions will be disqualified without any notice.
  • There is no possible legal recourse against such decisions.
  • The launch date for the product or service must be no earlier than TWO years from the date of entry into the Digital Launch Pad.
  • Upon entering the Digital Launch Pad, entrants agree to have their entry info displayed on the Digital Launch Pad page as part of the Digital Launch Pad Catalogue. Entrants are responsible for the protection of their ideas.
  • Entries are evaluated online therefore it is the responsibility of the entrant to provide accounts, passwords, or other tools required to access the product for up to 10 jurors to use simultaneously.
  • Producers must have the copyright permission for all media (pictures, sound, content, etc.) used in the product.
  • All software used for the production and distribution of the product must be legally obtained.
  • Entrants are held responsible for the quality and smooth functioning of their products where applicable.
  • With completion of the online submission form, participants accept the rules and regulations governing the Digital Launch Pad as stated herein.
