Successful products are rarely formed wholly by the ideas of a lone genius. More commonly they evolve through enlightened trial and error of successive iterative improvements, results of collaborative work. Paper prototyping is the most economical method that levels the playing field enabling all team members, regardless of their areas of expertise, to participate in the creative process. Paper prototyping benefits team communication, the specification of product functionality and requirements, the early discovery of inherent usability problems in design concepts and terminology, navigation, layout, interaction sequences, and support of corporate brand and reputation. In this workshop participants will experience the benefits of paper prototyping, first hand, by working on simple design problems and even testing their designs. And all that in only 40 minutes! Don’t believe it? Check it out?!
