Fairmont Banff Springs Cancellation Policy

Reservations will only be accepted if guaranteed by a credit card at time of booking.

Early Bird Rates:
Cancellation of Early Bird rate reservations after March 31, 2007 will incur a charge of one night's room charge (plus applicable taxes) to the credit card used to guarantee the reservation.

Regular Rates
Cancellation of reservations after May 19, 2007 will incur a charge of one night.s room charge (plus applicable taxes) to the credit card used to guarantee the reservation.

ALL cancellations or reductions of reservations with less than 72 hours notice will incur 100% charge (plus applicable taxes) for all room nights cancelled or reduced.

Transfers are permitted in name only, the room deposit will be held on the reserving credit card and is non-transferable.
