Marina Mann

Marina Mann is a digital Marketing consultant and mobile content producer who believes entertaining content is critical to driving e-Commerce & m-Commerce adoption and industry growth. Although Marina started her media career in broadcasting, she quickly became fascinated by the marketing power of the Internet. As a result, Marina has spent the last 11 years producing interactive, high-tech customer experiences for entertainment, retail and wireless brands.
In 2007, Marina served at Virgin Mobile Canada as director of Web Marketing responsible for strategy & operations and the launch of Virgin’s mobile content (VAS) portal. Previously, Marina led Apple Inc.’s e-Commerce localization of the Quebec online store and in 2006 ran Corus Entertainment’s monetization strategy for seven kid & adult specialty TV websites. As a 1999 to 2004 alumnus of ICE and Organic Inc., Marina stewarded some of the greatest and influential creative & technical groups to deliver Web channel businesses for Alliance Atlantis’ The Lofters, iMoney, Symantec, GamesMania, TSN, Sony, Sprint and Ontario Lotteries.
Marina’s current clients include Cyberplex and Apple Inc., she was recently at MIPCOM 2008 promoting an interactive-mobile series produced in partnership with the fab MobileLab and sits on the advisory board for nextMedia.
