If you are experiencing any difficulty downloading the Blackberry app, follow these simple steps:

1.    Open the BlackBerry browser.
2.    Push the BlackBerry button and choose Options.
3.    Choose Browser Configuration.
4.    Ensure the Browser Identification setting is set to BlackBerry and not Firefox or Internet Explorer.
5.    Push the BlackBerry button and choose Save Options.

Refresh the landing page at app.banff2010.com and you should see the mobile version.
